Refund Policy and Sourcing Conditions

Prepayment for Watch Sourcing

We work in a format of personal watch sourcing based on a specific client request. Prepayment is payment for the search service and analytical work.

Depending on the task, two sourcing formats are available:

1. Standard Sourcing — 100 €

  • Valid for 2 exhibitions.

  • Suitable for most popular models.

  • Includes search, communication with dealers, and preliminary market analysis.

2. Extended Sourcing — 200 €

  • Valid for 6 exhibitions.

  • Applied for rare, collectible, or hard-to-find watches.

  • Involves a longer and deeper sourcing process.

After receiving the prepayment, we begin work:

  • Analyzing the market.

  • Contacting dealers and sellers.

  • Reserving resources and time for the specific request.

  • Preparing for viewings and inspections.

In this regard, the prepayment for sourcing is non-refundable regardless of whether a purchase was subsequently made.

Commission for Sourcing

A commission of 15% is charged only in case of successful sourcing and the client's decision to purchase.

The commission is payment for the following services:

  • Sourcing.

  • Inspection and assessment.

  • Negotiations with the seller.

  • Consulting support of the transaction.

If the purchase did not take place, the commission is not charged.

Refusal to Purchase

If the client refuses to purchase after a suitable option has been found, verified, and agreed upon, the sourcing prepayment (100 € or 200 €) is not returned and is considered payment for services actually rendered.

Role of the Service and Liability

We act as an intermediary and consultant between the client and the watch seller. We are not the seller, owner, or manufacturer of the watches and do not accept payment for the goods themselves. The decision to purchase is made by the client independently based on the information provided.

Our liability for any claims related to the provision of sourcing services is limited to the amount of remuneration actually received (sourcing prepayment and/or commission).

Watches in Stock

Our stock includes both vintage and modern watches available for purchase.

Vintage Watches

Vintage watches are items with history and natural traces of time. Such models may be more delicate and sensitive to operating conditions than modern watches.

We perform a visual and functional check of the condition, provide photo and video materials, and share our expert opinion, however, it is important to consider that:

  • Vintage watches are not new items.

  • Features related to age, previous service, or replacement of individual elements are possible.

  • The resource and wear of components may differ from modern standards.

Modern Watches

Modern watches in stock may be in both new and previously used condition.

We provide all available information about the condition and set, however:

  • Watches are sold in the condition in which they are presented.

  • Manufacturer warranty obligations may be absent or limited.

Warranty Conditions

Watches from stock, including vintage and modern models, do not come with an extended warranty. We do not provide a separate warranty for watches, except cases where this is explicitly stated in the description of a specific item.

Our liability is limited to:

  • Correct description of the condition.

  • Provision of reliable information available to us at the time of sale.

Decision to Purchase

The decision to purchase watches from stock is made by the buyer consciously, based on the provided materials, consultations, and their own understanding of the features of the selected model. We are always ready to consult in detail and help with the choice so that the client's expectations correspond as much as possible to the real condition of the watch.
