PUBLIC OFFER (Terms of Service and Sale of Watches)
This document is a Public Offer and defines the conditions for providing services for personal watch sourcing, consulting support, as well as conditions for selling watches from stock.
The Offer applies to all Clients regardless of their country of residence (Ukraine, European Union, other countries of the world).
1. Terms and Definitions

Contractor: person/company providing services for sourcing, support, and sale of watches.

Client: individual or legal entity accepting the terms of this Offer.

Services: services of personal watch sourcing, consulting support, communication with sellers, provision of materials, and organization of additional checks by agreement.

Prepayment: fixed payment for launching the sourcing process.

Commission: remuneration of the Contractor for the successfully rendered sourcing service.

Seller: a third party from whom the Client purchases the watch directly.

Stock: watches held by the Contractor in stock and offered for sale.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with services for personal watch sourcing and consulting support of the purchase. 2.2. The Contractor may also sell watches from their own stock. 2.3. When sourcing watches from third-party sellers, the Contractor acts as an intermediary and consultant and is not a party to the sale-purchase agreement between the Client and the Seller.
3. Geography and Applicability
3.1. This Offer applies to all Clients regardless of their country of residence. 3.2. Delivery and receipt conditions may differ depending on the destination country and are agreed upon individually.
4. Sourcing Service Procedure
4.1. The Client forms a request for watch sourcing. 4.2. The Contractor performs a search, communicates with sellers, analyzes the market, forms and transmits available information to the Client (photos, videos, descriptions, expert assessment). 4.3. The final decision to purchase a specific item is made by the Client independently.
5. Sourcing Formats and Prepayment
5.1. To start work, the Client pays a prepayment in one of the formats:

Standard Sourcing — 100 € (valid for 2 exhibitions).

Extended Sourcing — 200 € (valid for 6 exhibitions and applies to rare, collectible, and hard-to-find watches).
5.2. Prepayment is payment for the actual sourcing work performed. 5.3. Prepayment is non-refundable from the moment of its payment, regardless of the sourcing result.
6. Sourcing Commission
6.1. The Contractor's commission is 15% of the final price of the watch at which the Client actually purchases the watch. 6.2. The commission is charged only in case of successful sourcing and completion of the purchase. 6.3. The commission is non-refundable.
7. Payment
7.1. The Client pays the cost of the watch directly to the Seller. 7.2. The Contractor does not accept payment for the watch and does not participate in settlements for the goods, unless otherwise specified separately. 7.3. Payment for the Contractor's services (prepayment and commission) can be made in Euros or in another currency, depending on the Client's country and agreed conditions.
8. Additional Check and Authentication
8.1. By separate agreement with the Client, the Contractor may organize an additional check of the watch in a specialized workshop after the exhibition and/or after receiving the watch. 8.2. Such a check is an additional service not included in the basic sourcing and is paid separately. 8.3. The scope and format of the check are determined individually. 8.4. The results of the check are of an informational and consulting nature and are used by the Client to make independent decisions.
9. Boundaries of Inspection and Expectations
9.1. The Contractor provides an expert assessment based on available information and inspection. 9.2. The Contractor does not conduct laboratory tests and does not guarantee the detection of all hidden defects or modifications. 9.3. The Client is aware of the specifics of the watch market, especially vintage and collectible models.
10. Watches in Stock
10.1. Stock may contain vintage and modern watches. 10.2. Vintage watches have natural traces of time and usage. 10.3. Watches from stock are sold in the condition in which they are presented, unless otherwise specified separately. 10.4. Warranty obligations for watches from stock may be limited or absent.
11. Delivery and Collection
11.1. Watches may be located in Ukraine or the Czech Republic. 11.2. Shipping is possible within Ukraine, within Europe, and to other countries — by individual agreement. 11.3. Self-collection is possible by prior arrangement. 11.4. Watches may be moved between the Contractor's warehouses. Transfer may be paid separately.
12. Customs Conditions
12.1. When shipping within the European Union, customs procedures generally do not apply. 12.2. For international shipping outside the EU, possible customs duties and fees are paid by the Client, unless otherwise agreed separately. 12.3. The Contractor is not responsible for the decisions of customs authorities.
13. Refunds
13.1. Sourcing prepayment (100 € / 200 €) is non-refundable. 13.2. The commission is non-refundable. 13.3. Refunds for rendered services are not carried out.
14. Liability and Limitations
14.1. The Contractor is not the seller of the watch when sourcing from a third-party Seller. 14.2. The Contractor is not responsible for hidden defects, internal changes, and actions of third parties. 14.3. The Contractor's liability for any claims is limited to the amount of actually received remuneration.
15. Correspondence and Confirmations
15.1. Correspondence in messengers and by e-mail has legal force. 15.2. Confirmations in correspondence are recognized as proper proof of agreement on conditions.
16. Acceptance of the Offer
16.1. Acceptance of the Offer is considered:

Payment of prepayment.

Payment of commission.

Payment for watches from stock.

Confirmation of agreement with the conditions in correspondence.
16.2. From the moment of acceptance, the Offer is considered a concluded contract.
17. Change of Conditions
17.1. The Contractor has the right to change the conditions of the Offer. 17.2. For services already paid for, the conditions in force at the time of payment apply.
